Programmable settings outlined  below

Each slot has 2 knobs, each knob has working settings, total of 12 different programs you can run

Knob 1

1) Lights Flash, No Cycling, 0 turns per day

2) Runs for 2 minutes, then stops for 25 minutes, cycle repeats, 640 turns per day

3)  Runs for 2 minutes, then stops for 16 minutes, cycle repeats, 960 turns per day

4)  Runs for 2 minutes, then stops for 10 minutes, cycle repeats, 1440 turns per day

Knob 2

position 1) Turns Counter  Clockwise for selected time, then stops, cycle repeats

position 2) Turns clockwise for selected time, then stops, then turns counterclockwise for selected time, then stops, cycle repeats

position 3)Turns clockwise for selected time, then stops, Then runs counter clockwise , cycle repeats

Total of 9 different programs can be run to match whatever specs your watch manufacture specfies for your movement

Spring loaded slots that remove, will fit any watch.  Unit comes with spacers in case you have a watch with a very large bracelet that will not fit.  This is unlikely if watch has had any links removed.
