No refund given due to postal damage, loss or delay. Insurance is offered to the buyer, if the buyer does not take insurance, the buyer assumes responsibility for the damage that occurs due to the postal system. Buyer must notify the seller within 1 day of receiving the item about any problems, returned item must have a postmark within 3 days of receiving the item. Only the cost of the item will be refunded, the shipping cost will not be refunded, buyer also must pay for return shipping. Item must be returned with deliverty conformation, this is not an option, tracking numbers protect both the seller and buyer. Item must be the same item that was shipped. If item is as discribed and buyer has changed their mind and just does not want it, made a mistake in bidding or not what they thought it was, NO REFUND given.
