• All of our bikes are shipped by DHL.

• Items are generally shipped out the next business day after the payment has been verified.

• We usually ship to shipping address that you registered on eBay or PayPal, if you want to change your shipping address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please check that the address you have provided is correct and current. Do not use non-standard abbreviations. DHL charges $150 to re-direct a package for any reason, and you are responsible for this re-direction fee and other charges that might incurred.

• We DO NOT ship to Guam and VI.

• Customers in Porto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are recommended to contact us for shipping details before placing an order. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any delays caused by this.

• Refund
  After we have issued a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Refund would cover part cost, tax and shipping less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

• The frame, battery and charger have a warranty of 1 year. Other main parts which include controller, and motor, etc have a warranty of 6 months. However, lights, indicators, brake systems, tubes, tyres, chain, and cables, etc. are not covered as they are consumables. When consumable replacements are required, they need to be repurchased.

• Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, or any loss or damage that is caused by improper assembly, repair or use and so on.

• Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

• Return is ONLY acceptable if the purchased product has NOT been used.

• All items, if returned for whatever reasons, must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through access@power198.com. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you need to contact us to obtain a RMA number within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for it.

• All damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If the item is damaged due to shipping, please save all the documentation and packaging materials in case a claim needs to be filed.

• Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

• In returning the product to us for whatever reasons, Buyers are responsible for the delivery costs in full, and C.O.D. on shipments are not accepted.

• In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
