All returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
All items must be returned as you received them...in brand new, unused, unworn condition. All protective plastic and product tags must be intact. All instruction manuals, warranty cards, or any other product material is to be returned. No watchband links should be removed.  Repack all of the items securely in a box or padded envelope. Write the R/A number on the outside of the package. Put delivery confirmation on the package and insure for the total value of the product. Once your return is received and inspected we will issue a refund. (Please note: it can take up to 2 weeks to receive a refund). We do not reimburse for original shipping charges, return shipping charges or insurance fees. Strapped For Time is not responsible for any return shipping damage so please pack carefully. We must receive your return within 14 days from your original date of receipt or we cannot issue a refund.
