Shipping and Handling Information

All veils are shipped with the highest care in safe, protective packages.  All veils come with bubble wrapped combs, protective cellophane packaging, and are place in high quality sturdy boxes.  Tiaras and other fragile accessories are fully and securely wrapped in bubble wrap for maximum protection and have extra padding within the shipping box.   All US shipments are sent with delivery confirmation.  International buyers can choose from First Class Mail, Priority Mail, OR Express with the US postal service.  First class International mail includes no tracking number or insurance and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.  Veils by Leslie V cannot provide refunds for lost items in First Class mail.  We recommend Priority Mail or Express Mail.  Priority International Mail includes a tracking number and takes 6-10 days.  Express International mail includes a tracking number and takes about 5 days to arrive.

Paypal, echeck, credit and debit cards are all accepted through Paypal.  All payments must be paid in full within 7 days of ending an auction/committing to buy on ebay.  Orders will not be shipped until payments are received and paid in full. After full payment, items are shipped Monday through Saturday.

How do I know what length to buy?

Veil lengths are chosen by personal preference.  Think of the ideal length on your body you’d like your veil to end.  Measure from where you’d like the veil to start on your head to where you’d like it to end.  Shop our store for the length you like or we can customize one for you.  On most people, 17-20 inches is about shoulder length, 25-30” is about elbow length, 35-40” is about fingertip length, 72” is about 6ft and drags on the floor for most people, 90” is 7.5 feet and drags behind, 120” is 10 feet and drags well behind a person. (length varies by your height)

What are your veils made from?

Veils by Leslie V are made of the finest quality tulle.  Most are made from Bridal Illusion tulle, which is a very high quality material used by most leading bridal designers.

How can I attach the veil?

Each veil includes a hidden comb for simple placement and carefree wearing.  Other veil attachments are available.  These include: loops instead of a comb or a Velcro detachable comb.  Any veil style can be used with an updone hairstyle or wearing your hair down.  It just depends on your desired look.

How long does shipping take?

Shipments are sent out Monday through Saturday.  For US shipments, deliveries will take 4-7 business days.  For international deliveries, shipments take about 10-14 business days.  We also have expedited shipping available.  If you would like expedited shipping, please inquire by email.

Are your Swarovski rhinestones genuine?

Our Swarovski rhinestones are completely genuine.

My veil is a little wrinkled.  How do I get the wrinkles out?

After shipping and handling, the veil may require some fluffing to regain its original shape.  Hold the veil by the comb and tussle the layers with your fingers.  Gently tug on all the edges to release wrinkles up around the comb or between veil layers. Hang your veil for a few days away from sunlight.  Hanging it near a steamy shower may also help release wrinkles.
