THE PIN NUMBER CAN BE EMAILED TO YOU IF REQUESTED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.  You will receive the PIN number no later than 12 hours after payment is received. Since I check email multiple times throughout the day, you should receive it much sooner.

The actual card will also be mailed to the provided address.

Once the PIN is emailed or the item is shipped, there are no refunds.
