Warranty & Return
• We understand goods may be damaged during transit.
• Please email us at contact@boatgear.com.au and we will arrange the goods to be picked up.
• Ordered the wrong product, by law in Australia you must offer the customer the opportunity to return the goods if they are new. The purchaser of the item is responsible for freighting the goods back to the place of origin.

Payment
• We accept the following forms of payment.
• Pay pal - the goods can be dispatched straight away
• Direct Deposit, the goods will be dispatched when the money is in our account
• Cheque - the goods will be dispatched when the cheque clears, normally 3 working days.
