There are many designs to choose from.  If you don't see something you like just email me and chances are I have what you are looking for.  I have too many graphics to  list.

Thank you notes/cards are approximately 4x5" and are flat.  The back side is blank and can be used for a hand written message.

Each Thank you note/card comes with an envelope

  You can chose your design, your font color and border color. 

If you want your own words I can put whatever saying you would like.
