Artwork

Artwork is FREE if it is supplied electronically in vectorized format or simple text. We accept all camera quality artwork in .ai and .eps format. Artwork must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher. The quality of your decorated garment is highly dependent on the quality of your artwork. If you are not sure about your artwork you can email it to:

How we print your shirts

• Step 1: We print out your artwork on state of the art equipment in order to achieve the best possible print.

• Step 2: We expose a pre-coated light sensative screen using the correct mesh count in order to acheive a high quality print.

• Step 3: Once the screen is exposed it's time to wash out the unexposed stencil.

• Step 4: Next we carefully dry off the exposed screen and set-up the press

• Step 5: Once the press is set-up it's time to do a test print.

• Step 6: If the test print looks fine it's time to print the shirts.

• Step 7: After each shirt is printed they are ran through a conveyor dryer for about a minute. Each shirt must reach 320 degrees to ensure proper curing of the ink.

• Step 8: Once the shirts are finished we package and ship them straight to you!.
