Returns policy
In Line with the new Demands of e-bay we find our self’s forced to now take returns
We have always had a returns policy but it now looks like I have been forced to add yet more text to the auction pages to keep in line with the EU Nanny State and E-Bays requirements
Returns
By Law now you have a 7 Day cooling off period on all new goods you buy.
Please note we only take returns on NEW goods not used items
1 All Returned goods must be returned to us with in 14 days of us posting them toyou.
2 You are responsible for the postage costs for both the sent and returned goods
3 All returned goods are taken on the bases they are returned to us as they left us
4 We only offer a returns service on un-opened items that are as they left us
5 All returned goods must be sent back to us registered mail and must be insured
6 We only offer return service on Buy it now items not auction lines
7 We charge a 25% handling and re stocking charge on all returns
8 The fee we have paid to list and the final value fee we have paid are deducted from your refund
9 We require you to e mail us with your problems with the goods you should wish to return before they are returned
Lost and Damaged goods UK
If your goods are lost or damaged in the post we claim from the royal mail and unless they want the goods returned you do not need too but you do need to retain the goods and the packing.
If your item has not turned up a call to your local sorting office can often find a lost item. If all else fails Just e mail us and we will see what we can do this end but please note in the eyes of the royal mail nothing is lost for 15 working days from the date of posting
