PAYMENT TERMS,
SHIPPING, RETURN POLICY AND GENERAL AUCTION CONDITIONS:
Once the auction has ended, you will receive an invoice from Paypal. Once
you have received the invoice, please contact us within 2-Days informing us of
your preferred method of payment. Mail Payment must be received within 7-days
and electronic payment must be received within 3-days with no exception,
otherwise we will file a non-bidder form with eBay and re-list the item. If you
use BUY-IT-NOW, we expect the payment to be received within 3-Days of auction
closing.
Shipping Terms:
We generally ship within 24-48 hours from the receipt of a cleared payment.
Shipping is either from the U.S. and/or outside of the U.S.. For the items
shipped outside of the U.S., the item is handled by USPS once it has arrived to
the U.S.; therefore it is highly reliable. Tracking # can only be provided to
the buyer if Express Mail is used. Insurance is highly
recommended since we are not responsible for "Lost" mail.
Return Policy and Authenticity Claims:
We are 200% confident that all our merchandise are 200% AUTHENTIC.
We have professionals & experts who are in this business for over 15+ years

believe your item is not authentic, for LV, please contact Angie or Carol, who is an expert in LV

LV authentication service. For Chanel, you can verify the
authenticity with the store manager at your nearest chanel store. For
other brands, it's the same. We will contact the store manager directly to
verify, so we need the store manager's name & the store's phone #.
We will issue a refund once we hear back from them. You will have 7-days to
return the item in original condition for a full refund. Otherwise, ALL SALES
ARE FINAL.
If you are really
unsatisfied with ONLY the condition of the item, you can send an email to us within
48 hours and return or exchange the item. The item has
to be in the original condition and there is a 15% restocking fee. Buyer
is also responsible for the shipping costs (2 ways). For non-paying
bidder, we will file an ebay Non-Paying Bidder Form (NPBF) and your account
might be suspended. We have to file the NPBF in order to get back the
final auction value fee unless 15% restocking fee is paid. Negative
feedback will also be posted with no exception. If the Non-paying
bidder do not want to receive a negative feedback and Non-Paying Bidder Warning,
15% restocking fee will be charged.
