Return Policy
 
The original purchaser has a period of 30 days from date of shipment to return an item subject to a restocking fee, less shipping and handling.  The merchandise must be in new, unused, resalable condition and returned in the original undamaged packaging.  All warranty books, instruction manuals, parts and accessories must be included as well as the original box in which the item was shipped.  To protect the original factory carton from any additional shipping damage, it must be placed inside another carton for return shipping. 
•	You must notify us of any shipping damage within 3 days after receiving the merchandise.  If you do NOT notify us within 3 days, you have accepted the merchandise in its current condition. 
•	Special Order items are not returnable.  Electric machines that have been connected to electricity are not returnable.  Gas and diesel-powered items cannot be returned if they have been gassed or oiled. 
•	A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained prior to shipping the item(s) back by contacting us at priind@new.rr.com or 1-877-979-6255 (you will need to have your invoice handy). 
•	The Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the original shipping costs. 
•	Acceptance of merchandise is final only after receipt and inspection. 
•	All returned items are subject to a maximum 15% restocking fee. 
All sales become final after 30 days from date of shipment. 
Order Cancellation Policy
 
•	Special Order items (i.e. Electric, Diesel, or Propane pressure washers; Hot water pressure washers; skid mounted spraying units; custom ordered pressure washers or sprayers with additional options) cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer. 
•	All other orders may be cancelled PRIOR to shipment. 
•	Once your order is shipped it cannot be cancelled and you will be responsible for all shipping charges (to and from) and a restocking fee.
