Scott 264, 1c pale blue, double line watermark, 1895.  Mint plate block of 6 (#167, bottom position,) original gum, position #2 lightly hinged, the other 5 stamps never hinged.  Very minor offset (from another stamp) noticeable on back at bottom and mentioned for utmost accuracy.

Fresh and bright, a nicely centered sound example with lovely pastel color
