Payment Policy
I accept paypal, money orders, and cashier's check in US FUNDS ONLY.
NO PICKUPS ARE ALLOWED, NO PICKUPS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
If payments are made via money order or cashier's check included with the payment must be a printout of either the invoice, or the item number.
In order to prevent delays in shipment time, please include your physical address. NO PO BOX ADDRESSES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Most items are eligible for a shipping combination. These items must be paid for together, and recieve a 10% discount off total shipping costs. Please wait to recieve your combined invoice do not go through checkout!
If paying with PayPal please wait for your payment information to update. DO NOT CLICK 'PAYMENT SENT' if you are paying with PayPal, this makes it difficult to find your payment information and will delay shipping time.
Return Policy
We will not accept returns if we are not contacted about, and approve, any intents of returns to us by the buyer.
Items must be shipped out within three days of permission is attained for a return.
All returns are at the BUYER'S EXPENSE (including regular returns, and factory defective items)
If items arrive defective, broken or damaged we must recieve a notice of damaged items ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL. We will not accept returns for damaged items if we are not notified of the damage on the same day of arrival.
On items that are over $100:
Although shipping insurance is optional, if it is not purchased we are not responsible for DAMAGES, OR LOSS. Regular Returns:
Accepted returns will be refunded for the purchase price MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, and minus a 15% restocking fee.
Return items must be:
Returned via UPS at the buyer's expense
In original, unopened, packaging
In resellable condition (item must NOT BE USED at all)
Returns will not be accepted if:
Item is damaged by buyer
It is returned incomplete
Item is used, or not in resellable condition
Factory Defective Items:
We accept returns for factory defects. Items must be defective at the time of the first attempt to use. However, we must be contacted about the situation beforehand in order to find the best possible solution. In this case, these items are subject to inspection to determine if the item was indeed factory defective. Factory defective items will recieve a refund for the purchase price MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, or a replacement will be sent (at no cost to the buyer).
Returns must be made via UPS
