Return Policy
It is Custom Partitions & Pads intention that every buyer is satisfied. We strive to create long term business relationships while providing shipping supplies and other related merchandise.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, prior to returning, please contact Custom Partitions and Pads at custompartitions@knology.net within 14 days of delivery. If you have ordered the wrong item or simply do not want it and would like to return it you will be responsible for all shipping & handling charges so please be sure to read carefully before you order. Replacements will be sent or credit issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The amount of the credit is based on the cost of the item(s) only, no shipping and handling costs. Failure to return the item in its original condition will result in no credit or replacement of the item. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer.

We only produce corrugated pads and partitions all other items come from outside suppliers. Items returned due to shipping errors or manufacturing flaws by us may be returned for full credit or replacement including return shipping. Replacements will be sent or credit issued upon receipt of the returned item. Failure to return the item in its original condition will result in no credit or replacement of the item.

All Bid Auctions are sold AS IS; we do not accept returns for these items. Most of these items are used and come from plant closures or overstock sales. Please read the listings first before bidding. If you have any questions concerning the item, please contact us at custompartitions@knology.net prior to bidding. 

ALL items are insured up to $100.00 by UPS; please note with shipper any visible damage at time of delivery.
