All of my items are 100% authentic. I'm questioned daily "where do you purchase your items" because other sellers are trying to start their own business. It took me over a year to find the source of my items, so I'm certainly not going to reveal that to other potential sellers. As mentioned before, I guarantee my 100% authentic and will provide my receipts to eBay or Paypal if needed.
I ask that payments be made within 5 days of auction close unless other arrangements have been made. You will receive an automatic invoice directly after the close of the auction. If multiple items are purchased please wait to pay until a combined invoice is sent to you.
If no contact or payment is made by the buyer within 5 days of the auction ending, the item will be relisted and a unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay on the 7th day. I realize that circumstances may arise and payment may have to be delayed. All I ask is that you notify me and we will work something out.
Refunds will be issued only if the item was inadvertently misrepresented. Should this happen, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer screen technology and/or settings. Therefore, this is not a basis for returns or an error on my part. |
I'm a firm believer in fast shipping and do my best to ship the same day payment is received. I ship 1st Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post & UPS within the US and delivery confirmation is included. If you need detailed tracking on your package please choose UPS for shipping. If your item has free shipping, it will be shipped parcel post and can sometimes take up to 7-9 days to arrive on the west coast. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method I would be more than happy to quote you the difference.
International bidders are responsible for all customs, duties, fees and all other charges that their country may impose. Also, I cannot be responsible for the amount of time it takes for your package to clear customs.
