• We ship to United States and Canada only.We normally ship by UPS.  In some cases we may use USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the weight and destination address.

• Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.). Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out.But tracking information is unavailable when the package is shipped to Canada.

• We usually ship to shipping address that you registered on eBay or PayPal, if you want to change your shipping address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.Please check that the address you have provided is correct and current. Do not use non-standard abbreviations. UPS charges $10 to re-direct a package for any reason, and you are responsible for this re-direction fee and other charges that might incurred.
• We DO NOT ship to Guam and VI.
  
• Customers in Porto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are recommended to contact us for shipping details before placing an order. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any delays caused by this.

• All auction items must be prepaid in full.

• All payments are expected within 15 days after the winning auction is closed. Unpaid auction will be forfeited.

• Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

• A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.If a product is returned to us after it has been in use for over 9 months, we may, at our discretion, exercise an option to refund a portion of the purchase price proportional to the remainder of the warranty period.

• For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.

• For battery pack or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.

• All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through batt_inc@hotmail.com. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.

• If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through batt_inc@hotmail.com to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

• In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. Only the return freight for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by us.Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.

• If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
