to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.
You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your
purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction,
you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder.
There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email
will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able
to pay for your item.

PAYMENT
We accept Paypal,
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Money Orders, and
Cashier's Checks. IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR USER I.D. OR THE ITEM NUMBER - THIS WILL HELP US SHIP YOUR ITEM SPEEDY FAST! When you checkout you will go to our secure

We will send you an invoice immediately after the auction ends. We ship the first or second business day after we receive your payment. Payment is required in 14 days. Any cancelled auctions are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Sales Tax
We apply 7.0% sales tax to all Indiana orders.
SHIPPING
We do provide a 10% discount on shipping cost for multiple item orders. If you win many items and wish to request a special shipping quote, please email us and we'll take a closer look at your order and quote you the best possible shipping price.

& Handling Cost*: $ 13.99
*The Handling fee is typically $2-3 and is built into the above shipping and handling cost. We add this into the shipping cost to help pay for boxes, packing material, and labor associated with the packaging process.
We ship USPS Parcel Post using a company called Fedex Smartpost. Fedex will carry the package part of the way to your home and USPS will carry it to your mail box. We ship the day after you pay (except weekends and holidays). Delivery is 5-15 days after we ship. Our checkout cart is setup for the lower 48 states but we can ship to HI, AK, and Puerto Rico for an extra charge. In addition, if you need faster shipping you will have that option during checkout (1-7 day service). After winning the auction just send us an email and we'll give you a shipping price.
RETURN POLICY
30 Day Warranty Policy
1) If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact
us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
2) Please include the RMA# on your package when you return it to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
3) Upon receipt of the item and completion of our
inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the
order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your
original payment will be refunded in full via the original
payment method (Credit Card, Paypal, or check). If the order
is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of
your original payment will be refunded via the original
payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we
grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.
