These are Symbol P304 IMG scanners.  They are a good 2D barcode scanner, great price, modern (no wierd extra box), just plug right into the USB port, they include a new 9' coil cable, and a new sti85-0200 usb interface, and are pretty solid scanners, very expensive when new, these are used, but good, and we do 6 month warranty.

There is NO SOFTWARE, it is plug and play.  This scans all barcodes (most all), such as PDF417, MaxiCode, PostNet, Code128, Code39, etc, lots of regular and 2D barcodes.

This scanner is compatible with nearly all applications because it simply tricks the computer into thinking you type fast, it inserts characters into the keyboard via USB interface, like a USB keyboard.  You can also have the gun insert an ENTER or TAB key automatically after the scan, and it can do alot of nice configurations for all sorts of options. You get a complete scanner. Even better yet, we will HELP you at any time, just ask!
