Please email us at sales@memorychik.com with the issue to obtain an RMA and return it back in the same New condition with all Original Packaging and Accessories for a full refund of purchase price excluding Shipping & Handling within 30 days of compatibile System modles listed for the advertised memory. We strongly encourage you to check the compatibility guide. Few models may have different versions (e.g. ddr1 and ddr2) requiring different type of memory. So please make sure it in the compatibilty guide or email us to confirm. There is a $4.95 per item Restocking fees for all returns due to incompatible memory for models not listed in the compatibility guide or for returns due to customer's error.

We ship to US/Canada/Australia/UK/Europe/North America/South America/Newzeland/Singapore/Hongkong/Japan and South Korea. For other countries please contact us at sales@memorychik.com for Shipping and Payment options. We have expereinced Shipments to Italy take longer time. We may ship via Fedex USPS or UPS. Our Shipping System does not allow to print International packages so someone has to physically go to carriers location. It requires us to fill all those custom forms also. All this causes overhead in terms of manual labor and time and hence S&H charges to International locations are a receiving the item. We provide compatibility guide in our listing with all thebit heigher.

Our installtion Guide is just a Generic Sample Installation Guide. It is not specifically designed for any particular manufacturer. Please use your System Manufactures Manual for detailed information about your system. This Guide is provided as a FREE service to our customers and customer only is responsible for any issues arrising out of its use.
