* All returns require an RMA number and this number is only issued by email. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final dispostion.
* All returns are subject to inspection and the original and return shipping and handling charge will NOT be reimbursed or refunded under all circumstance.
* We recommend that all reutrns be padded and packed securely, insured and sent certified and.or return receipt requested. In addition, please include the following:

1. Reasons for return & RMA number
2. Proof of purchase (receipt, copies accepted)
3. Your return address and contact information (phone or email)
4. Original packaging. Missing any component / accessories / documents will not be accepted. Do not tape or write on the packaging.
5. Original intact UPC barcode. Remove of UPC barcode voids return regardless.
