All Frisby products are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. How many Stars should I choose? Why should I choose 5 Stars?   We encourage you to select 5 Stars in each category. We are committed to providing you 5 Star service. While it would seem that 3 stars is average, and 4 stars is above average, why do we ask for 5 stars? DSRs are calculated mathematically. 3 of 5 Stars is  60%, not average but failing. 4 of 5 Stars is 80%, also a failing rate on eBay. Even 19 of 20 possible Stars is only 95%. What issues may affect my transaction?  We work very hard to ensure a successful and pleasant experience for our customers, however a very small percentage of the time the transaction may be disrupted.  Buyers, Sellers, and the Shipping Carriers we all depend on sometimes make mistakes. Q: How is the audio quality in this headphone compare to IPOD ?
A: It sounds better then IPOD or any other MP3 Players. The reason is that the headphone has built in Bass, Treble feature that is adjustable so you get better sound quality from your musics.

Q: How do I transfer sounds from my computer to headphone ?
A: Quite simple, Once you plug in headphone to your computer using USB cable provided, your computer will recognize the device as an external harddrive, and simply select all your MP3 songs from your computer, copy and paste them to device's folder.

Q: Can I switch songs in between the ones on SD card to ones stored in the Integral Memory ?
A: Yes, you can choose or switch in between the songs stored in SD Memory Card and Integrated 2GB Memory of the headphone.

Q: Is local pick-up available?
A: Limited local pickup is available by appointment for some products. Handling fees may apply.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: How can I combine shipping?
