It can be worn on top of or behind the head. Especially when the first tier of veil (also called blusher) is placed in front of bride's face, it would make the kissing moment of the ceremony extremely sweet and romantic.

Cascading veil is made of one piece of tulle, circle cut, folded in half to create the look of 2 layers and center gathered. It is different than the regular 2-layer veils that are made of two pieces of tulles.
