This product is brand new, in original packaging. If in the occasion that a product is defective within 30-days from purchase, please contact us immediately for return of the defective unit (please be sure that all items that came in the box are returned). We will do everything we can to make sure you are taken care of. Upon receiving the defective unit, we immediately ship out a new unit with tracking number. After our 30-day return policy has passed, please contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer supplies a complete 1 Year Warranty.
 Payment
We accept PayPal instant payments (Bank Instant Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, & Buyer Credit). However with PayPal E-Check only we are required to wait 3-5 business days until the E-Check clears. A Verified PayPal Account is Required. A Confirmed PayPal Shipping Address is Preferred (however we also accept Unconfirmed PayPal Shipping Address).
To protect you, we only ship to the Shipping Address shown on the PayPal transaction. Before going through checkout, please add your PayPal Shipping Addresses in PayPal Account -> Profile -> Add additional address. However if PayPal does not let you do this, you may need to type in the shipping address on Step 3 during the eBay checkout process.
We are required by PayPal to ship only to the address shown on the PayPal transaction, so please be sure the correct address is selected when going through Step 3 of the checkout process. If buyer selects wrong address, we are required by PayPal to refund the transaction and then have the buyer re-send PayPal payment with the correct address.
