This product is brand new, in original packaging. If in the occasion that a product is defective within 30-days from purchase, please contact us immediately for return of the defective unit (please be sure that all items that came in the box are returned). We will do everything we can to make sure you are taken care of. Upon receiving the defective unit, we immediately ship out a new unit with tracking number. After our 30-day return policy has passed, please contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer supplies a complete 1 Year Warranty.

However with PayPal E-Check only we are required to wait 3-5 business days until the E-Check clears. A Verified PayPal Account is Required.   • To protect you, we only ship to the Shipping Address shown on the PayPal transaction.
