Return/Exchange:

1.         Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return the product for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and Handling charge is not refundable. All returned item must be under resalable condition or will subject to a 20% restocking fee.

2.         Customer will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to our RMA/EMA center and shipping the exchanged product.

3.         All return item must in its Original box and not used. Our customer service staff will inspect the returned merchandise before refund or exchange.

4.         Please contact customer service for RMA/EMA number (Return/Exchange Merchant Authorization Number) before you make any further step. Our customer service will help you to resolve any questions. (we will response all email within 24-48 hours)

5.         Any Used or Open Box merchandise will subject to a 20% restocking fee. No Exception.

1.         Buyer should pay for the item within 72 hours of auction ended. Unpaid items will be filed to eBay to pursue further legal responsibilities.

Shipping:

1.         All products are ship from our California logistic warehouse:

l         US Warehouse – Ship via UPS (UPS Ground Service) or USPS (Parcel Post or Priority Mail Flat Rate Box). UPS Ground Service will take about 2-7 business days for delivery. USPS Parcel Post usually takes about 2-10 business days for delivery. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

2.         All items will process for shipping within 24-48 hours of payment receipt during our normal business day. We will email you the shipping tracking number within 24 hours of shipping.

3.         All items will ship to the shipping address provided by Paypal.
