Rare on eBay! Here is a brand new 2x2 pulley driven water pump offered on eBay! It's a very heavy duty cast iron centrifugal pump. This is a continuous duty pump that can run for long periods of time (unlike all small portable gas powered pumps that are rated for 1000hours of useful life). Please note that pictures on this listing are of our very similar 3x3 pump. This auction is for the 2x2 pump.

This is very simple and strong design. It's 73lbs of cast iron working for you at 8700 GPH! It would make a nice irrigation pump, it think it could also be the ultimate emergency bilge pump on a boat or be used for any other applications you can think of. This very heavy duty design would not mind a few leafs, small rocks or other trash. It has a cleaning cap in the bottom and a heavy duty steel impeller. One ebay buyer from MN is currently using the 3 In. model for pumping manure (We also have a real industrial mud/debris pump if you need). Other clients in southern USA are using it for fish farming.
You can use any power source to drive the pump. A diesel engine would be the most suitable for this heavy duty pump(see our other auctions). You may also use an electric motor, a gas engine, wind mill... It would not be hard for any DIY to hook it up to a PTO or make a bracket to mount it to a truck, tractor, boat... in order to drive the pump from the main engine.
TYPE: Centrifugal water pump (would also pump other non-corrosive liquids). Self-priming by adding water into the pump by the black cap the first time it's used.
