2nd Chapter Of Acts-Mansion Builder-1978 LP on Sparrow! This auction is for the vinyl record from 2nd Chapter Of Acts, titled, Mansion Builder. It was released in 1978. (Sparrow Records 1020). The vinyl is very clean and shiny and grades VG++, with a couple of very light scratches, that do not affect the play. The jacket grades VG, with some corner wear and some cover wear.
SONGS: The record has 11 excellent songs and plays very well. That's the record, good luck bidding! Also, please note that I use a bright light to inspect each record for any possible scratches or marks and that I also play grade all the records I auction off. But I do not use pictures anymore because taking pictures is a lot of work and very time consuming and I've decided that it's really a better use of my time to play grade all the records I auction off. I simply don't have time to do both and I've decided that how a record sounds is more important than how a jacket looks. Since I do not do pictures; I'm very conservative with my jacket grading.
