For Paypal customers, we only ship to confirmed address.
All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
We do not provide local pick up or will-call.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. All sales are final, No refunds or credits. All items come with 21 day replacement warranty unless advertised differently.
No returns will be accepted for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories. We will NOT refund or exchange the CD game, once a game has been opened.
If the product is defective, please return it for a replacement. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, and we are responsible for the postage for mailing a new item to you. The original Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product.
Before returning the item, please first contact us to get RMA # and agreement of return. If the product is tested defective after we received, we will ship a replacement to you, otherwise the same item will be shipped back and your account will be charged for re-shipping fee (should be paid prior to re-shipping takes place) or 15% restocking fee.
