If the product is found to be defective after 30 days from delivery date or 15% or more of its toner is used, we will determine the prorated value of the cartridge based on usage. All non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the cartridge is bought less than 30 days, we will pay for the shipping cost for the replacement. Otherwise, you will be charged for the shipping.
