Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed
We only sell high-quality products that meet most rigorous standards for production quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. We are happy to refund your entire purchase price of any item that is returned in its original packaging and in new condition, less our actual original shipping costs.
For items that are not returned with the original packaging and cartons, we do assess an additional 20% restocking fee, provided the items are received in new, re-saleable condition.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged please contact us within 30 days of making your payment. We'll initiate a shipment claim with the carrier and handle a refund or replacement shipment. |
Warranty Info
We will replace or repair any telescope or accessory that arrived damaged, broken or defective at our expense if you notify us within 30 days after you receive the item.
Other telescope sellers have a simple policy -- no warranty and "buyer beware." We don't work that way. We carry a complete line of replacement parts for these telescopes and we stock them in our own warehouse. If your telescope is defective, we will send you a new part, or repair any broken ones, or send you a new telescope. If your telescope is damaged in shipment, we will take care of any claims with the carrier, it is not your problem, it's ours. Your replacement parts will ship right away, you won't have to wade through the lengthy insurance claims process. That's our promise. Please notify us within 30 days after you receive the telescope to tell us about any damaged, defective or non-working parts and we will take care of it for you. |
