Are these diamonds all natural?

Utopia Diamonds only sells natural diamonds and gemstones.  We don't sell or deal with clarity enhanced diamonds or diamond imitations.

Do you offer any warranties?

This bracelet comes with a one year insurance policy from Jewelers Mutual  (www.jewelersmutual.com).  The policy will replace diamonds that fall out of the bracelet, and provide a replacement of the bracelet if it's stolen.  After one year, you can continue coverage with Jewelers Mutual or any other insurance company.  The cost of yearly insurance coverage is typically 2% of the value of the jewelry.

Do you offer any price guarantee?

Utopia Diamonds has the best prices for high quality jewelry, especially bridal rings with GIA certified diamonds.  If you find a better price anywhere, then please show us the ad, and 99% percent of the time, we'll beat their price.

We urge you to shop around.  Go to Zales, Kay Jewelers, Helzburg, or Blue Nile and then come to us and you'll be amazed at the price difference.  We work on a very small profit margin, so you save big.

I saw another similar bracelet on Ebay for less money, how can that be?

This bracelet comes with an independent appraisal from the Universal Gemological Laboratory (www.uglinc.com) verifying the advertised diamond quality.  Almost none of our competitors offers a third party appraisal with their bracelets.

Our bracelet also comes with a one year insurance policy from Jewelers Mutual (www.jewelersmutual.com). 

Finally, we only use brilliant cut diamonds.  Don't forget, it's not just about diamond weight, color and clarity.  The diamond cut is important also.  The diamonds in our bracelet have a lot of fire and sparkle.

Do I need to worry that these are conflict diamonds?

All our diamond suppliers must provide a written statement that they are providing us with diamonds from legitimate sources and are conflict free.  We only buy diamonds from well respected diamond cutters who promise that they are in compliance with United Nations resolutions concerning conflict diamonds, specifically the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme.

Where is this bracelet made?

All of our jewelry is made in the United States, in our factory located in the Diamond District of New York, unless stated otherwise.
