3.25"x2" ORPHAN ANNIE & SANDY c1925 Figurine 5483 Japan
Bisque circa 1925 Orphan Annie, with her big blank circle eyes, and her faithful pooch Sandy sit comfortably on a blue and pink sofa. In near-mint condition, the figurine is glazed so has not lost all of its paint, although there are three tiny spots of missing paint off the sofa back. The figurine measures 3.25" high, 3.25" wide and 2" deep, incised on back: "© FAMOUS ARTISTS SYNDICATE // MADE IN JAPAN 5483". The upper back of the sofa is factory-cut with two 9/16"x 5/16" rectangles – too small for salt & peppers, they may be for toothpicks. For those who collect Annie, here's a bright spot!!

We ship UPS ground and insured for domestic shipments. We use USPS for international shipments. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of item, type of packaging required and location being shipped to. We can only supply an EXACT quote once the item is packed and we have the exact weight and dimensions. All items shipped are insured (unless instructed otherwise at your own risk), packed with care and WELL PROTECTED. We ship via UPS, unless another carrier is specified. The International shipment quotes listed with the auction are an estimate. It could be more or less depending on the specifics of the shipment. Please include shipping address, zip code, desired method of shipping and insurance required for a closer estimate. Please note that large, heavy and/or fragile items or antiques will require additional time and cost to pack and ship.
Insurance is $1.00 per hundred that you wish to have insured. We strongly encourage all items shipped to be fully insured.
