• An exchange at the full purchase price on any of our other items on auction within 30 days of purchase.
• A full refund will be issued, minus shipping, any resizing fees, (if applicable) and a 5% restocking fee on all our new jewelry excluding eternity bands and Best Offer bids.
• Items must be received for refund within 10 days and must be in new condition with all paperwork included.
• Any jewelry that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customers once they have received it is non returnable. Eternity bands and item bought through Best Offer are not returnable for an exchange or refund.
• A Return Authorization number is required. Please e-mail us at returns@leebell.com.

Shipping

All our auction items are shipped as quickly as possible.  Generally you can expect your item to arrive within 7-10 days after payment. We do offer free custom sizing. Please specify ring size with your payment. If no size is specified, we will ship it to you in our stock size which is generally 6.5 for ladies rings and 10 for mens rings.
