- This product has a one-year warranty. Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period.

- We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number. Items should be returned with original packages.
