If you buying multiple items, we will be glad to combine shipping for all your items. Please wait all auctions end and use our check out to make payment. Items must be purchased within 7 days, 10 items maximum and must be paid together.

We have an unconditional return policy on all NEW items purchased. If item(s) are returned within fourteen (14) business days of receipt, we will refund your winning bid amount (shipping and handling not included). Of course, in the the circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount.  

All returns must be sent with the original order number and/or item number. Please also include your email address and/or phone # in case we have a question regarding your return. In addition, please include the reason for the return (i.e. too big). All of this information is extremely important. Failure to include this information may delay or prevent us from properly processing your Return.

A return for a refund will be processed for the original purchase price minus the shipping charges. Your refund will be processed through the original method of payment. For example, if you paid using your Visa card, the refund will be credited to that Visa card.

How long for my order to delivery ?

Items will ship within 2 business days except weekend and holiday, we will sent you e-mail with tracking number, it take about 7-10 working days for US address and 10-15 working days for international address.

I received a wrong size or the item have defect what should I do ?

If you received a wrong size, or item had defect, e-mail us and we will arrange to replace another new one to you .
