How would you like to stay in a great, beautifully furnished town house with all the comforts of home and more (and more) WITHOUT the big price tag? Are you willing to give up a few resort "frills" to save BIG money (so you can spend it on all the really fun stuff!)? If you are, I have got the PERFECT place for you!

WHAT YOU'LL GET WHEN PURCHASING YOUR VACATION RENTAL THROUGH ME:
Just 7 - 11 miles from any of the Disney Parks... A beautifully furnished three bedroom two bath Town house costing LESS than a hotel room. Your parking spaces (2) are DIRECTLY in front of the town house!
NOTE: NOT a timeshare...NO meetings to attend... Just a GREAT promotional price!
WHAT IS THE PRICE?
These identical town homes (as shown in the pictures below) are just $68 plus $9 lodging tax per night (or $475 plus $62 lodging tax per week). Add to that a one-time departure cleaning fee of $70 plus a refundable $100 security/damage deposit. The security deposit is refunded automatically within 7 days of your departure from the home. Note: Any days during a Holiday week carries a 20% surcharge on the base price.
CHOOSE ANY WEEK AVAILABLE! Unlike many resort town home rentals which only offer a Saturday - Saturday option, you can start your lodging any day of the week!

WHAT AMENITIES DOES THE TOWN HOUSE HAVE?
The two story, 1600 SF 3 bedroom two bath town house is beautifully furnished!
Your will enjoy the TWO 27" TV's (one in living room and one in master bedroom.
There are DVD players for each of the two T.V.'s.
SAVE MORE MONEY by cooking once in awhile in a beautiful full kitchen complete
with dishwasher, large stove and oven, and a large refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with all of the glassware, utensils, pots and pans you will need! It also has a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a rice cooker for you to use.
There is FREE wireless internet (also has ethernet connection), FREE phones (even long distance), and FREE extended cable.
Behind the bi-fold doors, you will find a washer/dryer. No trips to the laundromat on your vacation!
A lovely dining room with 6 chairs (and a high chair for the little one) awaits. You can seat an additional two people at the kitchen counter/bar.
Off of the kitchen, the utility closet has a vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, and an iron with ironing board.
HOW ABOUT THE FLOOR PLAN, ROOM CONFIGUATION, AND BEDROOM SET UP?
As you enter the town house, you will see the beautiful kitchen and dining room straight ahead, facing a sunken living room with a sofa, loveseat, and reading chair. You will be spending most of your time in here watching T.V. or visiting your family and friends after a long day at the parks.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and two baths.
There is a large and romantic master suite. It has a large chest of drawers and a roomy walk-in closet (with a pak & play unit to sleep baby). The heavenly master bath has his and hers sinks, and a skylight overlooking a jacuzzi garden tub, and a separate tile and glass shower.
The other two bedrooms are also nicely furnished with either two double beds, two twins, or one queen depending on which of the town homes you book. Each of these rooms have roomy closets. Two of these town homes have DISNEY rooms with twins for the kids! They are bright, whimsical, cheerful, and bring out the kid in all of us.
Our town homes sleep from SIX to EIGHT people; but CAN sleep an extra two if the easy-up air bed is used.
The second bathroom is conveniently located between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom; and it has a bath and shower combination. Both baths have hair dryers.
NOW... ABOUT THE RESORT...
(here is where the NO FRILLS part comes in).
Our gated resort community is located in Davenport, Florida. Davenport is a small town, just 7 miles from the main gate of Disney World. It is quiet here, and away from all the hustle and bustle of the Orlando area. At night, yes... you CAN literally "hear a pin drop".
GOLF ANYONE?? Davenport is not only known for it's close proximity to Disney. It is also a very well-known golfing community; with one of the best courses in Central Florida (The Highland Reserve) directly across the street from our entrance. You will get a nice discount there if you show them your lodging confirmation. NOTE: One of the town houses has two beautiful sets of golf clubs in the closet. Feel free to use them!
Our resort is located just two walk-able blocks away from the Publix Supermarket and several lovely restaurants (including Applebees). Your friendly Wal-Mart Superstore is just 3 miles from our complex.
Sounds great so far, Huh? Well... IT IS... especially if you book after April 1. Before that date we cannot guarantee that our resort pool will be heated (we are purchasing solar heaters). Of course, you can still swim if you don't mind the cold!
Again... AFTER April 1, our resort pool should be heated! The price you are paying is a sale price based on the fact that you may want to just lay "around" the pool instead of "in it" (of course, some brave souls do go in. BRRRR!).
If booking before April 1st, I can give you is some helpful information on how you can visit our neighboring resort's pool and amenities, or how you can access the Disney Resort pools and amenities ANYTIME during your stay... FREE OF CHARGE!
There are plenty of weeks available! Just check with me for availability at Nantytam@aol.com. If you decide to book a week, please do so as soon as possible. When it gets busy, it gets very busy and weeks can go fast. I have several identical 3 bedroom 2 bath town houses (as shown) for this price. I also have lovely studio units available for $288 plus tax , cleaning, deposit per week, and just recently aquired a beautiful one bedroom unit on rent for $399 plus tax, departure cleaning, and refundable deposit.

I OFFER "HURRICANE PROTECTION". If you hear of a hurricane that may be heading a little too close for comfort, you may cancel your reservation, and receive a FULL REFUND.
ONLY 1/3 DOWN PAYMENT is required to book and confirm you dates (PayPal preferred). I email confirmations as soon as this initial down-payment is made (PayPal preferred). The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival; and I would bill you when the time comes.
If you should ever encounter a problem with your town home that we cannot fix within 24 hours, we will offer you a "like kind" or better unit in our resort. Of course, if there is a rare problem that affects basic needs (such as water, plumbing, or heart); and there are no replacement units available, we will offer you a refund for your unused days.
Again, I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH... ALL OF OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, as we sometimes have guests that are sensitive. Of course, you are welcome to smoke outside!
