RETURN POLICY NEW ~ Panda Communications has a limited warrantee on everything we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to me (WITH IN 7 DAYS), less shipping and handling. If item is brand new, in a sealed package, and the package was opened, there will be a 20% restocking charge. Once again, shipping is non-refundable.
DEFECTS ~ If an item is defective it will be my choice to refund the full purchase price or replace the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact must be a made before any presumed defective item's are returned. Item's returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement or refund will be issued immediately. A company check will be issued for all refunds. Item's returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. I have a very low defect rate on all items I sell.
