These bills are UNCIRCULATED 1963 series and have consecutive serial numbers A 08959608 A to A 089596010 A and are in almost mint condition.  They have the red seal with a H 4 in the upper left and H 3 in the lower right hand corners.  The bills are crisp, flat, have no tears or wrinkles but do have 2 slight folds on the upper edge that are not noticeable unless you inspect the bills by angling a light across the folds to create a shadow.  The 3^rd picture is the best picture I could take to show the larger of the two folds.
