These are size LARGE and should fit babies from approx. 25 - 35 pounds. I have adjusted it upward of what the company recommended because so many people have told me these run large. These retail new for $15.75 each, if you are lucky enough to be able to find them thru your local diaper service. DSQ means these are diaper service quality . .meant to stand up to industrial laundering . . .so they are a great choice for an all in one diaper for home use when you want an all in one that will last thru several kids . . or an all in one with an excellent resale value!! The absorbent inner material in these is a patented fabric called ComPly which was initially designed by Standard Textile for incontinent hospital patients. ComPly is a microfiber fabric that wicks fluid away from the baby's bottom through its quick-drying, nonabsorbent top surface...pulls the fluid through a unique 50% polyester/50% cotton middle ply...and traps it in a super-absorbent, 100% cotton bottom ply. These close with large, easy to handle, plastic snaps and have an extra snap to adjust the snugness of the diaper at the thigh. No velcro to get linted up. Outer shell is waterproof coated polyester with a silky, fabric feel. It is the newest design; we are on our 7th round of improvements . .we added more ComPly material in the crotch to make the diapers even more absorbent and to increase the appeal to persons who have only used disposables.
