Payments:

We accept credit cards by phone, Paypal, Money Orders, and Cashiers checks. Payment must be received within 72 hours. If you cannot make payment within this time frame, you must notify us by email or by calling our office at 336-570-3017. Failure to make payment or payment arrangements within 3 days after the auctions end will result in negative feedback and the non-paying bidder being reported to Ebay.

Shipping:

Due to the large volume of orders that we ship, it may take up to 3 business days before your item ships after payment is received. If you need this shipped immediately, we will do our best to accomadate you. However, you must notify customer service via email or telephone prior to the auction ending. Please use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping costs. We ship Monday-Friday. All items that are shipped by a freight company are subject to a packaging fee. The fee varies due to the size and weight of each piece of equipment. Please call or email us with questions about these charges.

Freight Claims:

Central NC Vending Equipment neither accepts responsibility for crating and packaging performance, nor damage to any merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers. The customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise for all external and concealed damage at time of delivery. If damaged is sustained during shipment, we will be happy to aid you with handling the damage claim with the freight carrier; however, filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to purchase the additional insurance on your product.
