We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money orders, and Cashiers checks. Payment must be received within 5 days of Listing ending. Item(s) will usually ship within 48 hours after payment is received. if payment is not received within the five days customer will be contacted via E-mail reminding them that payment will be expected within the next 48 hours of the last day (day 5) . if payment is not received within the said 48 hours we will file a non payment form and this will result in cancelation of the transaction and NEGATIVE feedback!

All items are shipped either with UPS or Freight lines (depending on weight/size).  UPS offers insurance coverage up to $100 in value. Espresso POD purchases worth over $100.00 in value will not be insured it is the customers responsibility to add insurance just in case items are lost or damaged !
All  Espresso machine /Coffee Equipment will ship with insurance included to ensure your items get there in one peice, we also recomend getting your Item wood crated (espresso machines ship out in a regular industrial grade cardboard box) for an Additional $70.00 we will crate it in a wooden box

Shipments via freight lines are shipped door to door.  Additional services such as lift gate or delivery appointments are available for an additional cost.
Our staff  packages each item carefully.  However we can neither accept responsibility for crating and packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse.
If damaged is sustained during shipment, we will be happy to aid you with handling the damage claim with the freight carrier, however the filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer!
IMPORTANT NOTE: DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE MUST BE DOCUMENTED WITH FREIGHT CARRIER BEFORE DEPARTING YOUR LOCATION AND IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO FREIGHT CARRIER'S CLAIMS DEPARTMENT
