Payments:
(A). We accept paypal, major credit cards through paypal only, and money orders/cashiers checks as payment.
(B). We only accept paypal payments from buyers with confirmed addresses.
(C). We do not accept payments over the phone or personel checks under any circumstances.
(D). We will ship to unconfirmed addresses if the address comes in message with PayPal payment, or if payment received by money order/cashiers check.
(E). Send money orders/cashiers checks to: P.O.Box 1621 Pinellas Park, Fl. 33780-1621.
(E). We do not accept paypal payments from international accounts.
(F). Payment should be received within 7 days of close of item.
Fee's:
(A). Florida Residents: 7.000% sales tax applies.
(B). Handling charges are in the shipping fees.
Shipping:
(A). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
(B). All shipping charges are fixed and listed in the auction.
(C). We ship UPS only. We will not ship through third party accounts.
(D). We ship only to actual physical addresses. The address listed on your eBay account. We are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred due to refused merchandise, wrong or incomplete addresses, or if the buyer moved before receiving merchandise.
(E). Shipping amount stated in auction is to the lower 48 states only. Shipping charges also include handling.
(F). If you are located in Hawii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or where UPS standard ground does not apply for Canada. PLEASE contact us for shipping charges before you buy the item.
(G). Please provide address including zipcode when inquiring about shipping costs to above listed areas.
(H). We do ship to Canada on most items. Fees are stated in the auction. Canadians buyers are responsible for all brokerage fees, tariffs, or taxes.
(I). We invoice Canadian buyers for the replacement cost of the item. Please do not ask us to ship for less than replacement value. This policy covers both the buyer and the seller against loss, theft, or damage.
(J). We highly recommend shipping insurance on all invoices over $100.00. UPS covers any damage under $100.00. If your item is valued at $100.00 or more including shipping and you do not opt for insurance we are NOT responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
Delivery:
(A). We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Excluding weekends, holidays, and any natural or unnatural disasters(Acts of God).
(B). When the item is shipped you will be sent a tracking number with the shipping notification. PLEASE DO NOT DELETE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION. Tracking # is in It.
(C). It takes 24hrs before your item enters UPS'S tracking system. Please allow for this before checking on your item.
(D). Please allow a full 10 days before contacting us to report that you have not received your item.
(E). We inspect all items for external damage before they are packaged and shipped. We do not ship any items with damage.
(F). If you item is damaged or lost in shipment PLEASE contact us before anything else is done.
(1). Then go to ups.com and file a claim. (Your part is done)
(2). UPS will then send us the claim. Once we complete and
resend the paper work to UPS, we will then refund or reship
your item.
Refunds & Returns:
(A). We will exchange all products for 30 days from date of purchase.
(B). We will replace any defective items 30 days from date of purchase. (Not the date received by the buyer). This excludes subwoofers.
(C). All defective subwoofers must be returned to thier respective manufacturer for warranty repair. We will provide shipping addresses for subwoofers.
(D). We are not responsible for shipping charges for unwanted items,exchanges or warranty replacements.
(E). All defective items after 30 days must be returned to manufacturer.
(F). We will examine returned items and will not compensate anyone who damages products through improper installation, or abuse.(dropping, overpowering,etc.)
(G). All returns under any circumstances require a Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be returned to us freight prepaid.
(H). Once defective product has been received and checked in, a replacement unit will be shipped freight prepaid to the customer.
(I). There is a 25% restocking fee on all unused returned items. Only items that are in brand new, resalable condition, in original packaging with all paperwork and hardware will be considered for refund.
(J). All shipping charges are non-refundable.
(K). All merchandise comes with a one year factory warranty.
(L). We suggest that all electrical equipment be professionally installed.
(K). Customer is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason.
(M). The seller is responsible for shipping ONLY if the WRONG ITEM is shipped.
(N). There is no refund for shipping granted for refused, or undeliverable merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. This includes moving before merchandise is delivered.
