The wood is a reclaimed piece,
that has been sanded & clear coated.
(The wood that your sign will be painted on may vary from what is shown- if you're looking for a particular size or thickness, shape, level of distress, or any other variable- please ask me what is currently stashed in the barn!)

This example was done for a couple's (and their pooch's!) new house...which, from a photo, has been painted on the sign.
This one measures 27" long by 9" wide, by only 3/8" thick...
I have a few more pieces of this type of wood, and I have several pieces of 3/4" thick pieces & old barn wood.

All of the items in the Recycled Art
category are made from vintage, distressed or recycled materials.
Although most are made from very old, vintage or antique materials, I
can NOT guarantee the age of some things. I have researched every item's
materials to the best of my ability, but in rare instances, I just CANNOT find the same, or a similar item to verify age.
All wooden items are made from construction scraps and reclaimed wood
(I will state their origins in the individual listings).
All beads are from old costume jewelry, I can NOT guarantee that any of the metals are actual gold or silver
(they're probably not, but some may possibly be!)
All cookie cutters, pots, pans, silverware or any of the other kitchen or household items are for decorative purposes only-
especially since I've drilled holes in some of them!!
(they don't hold water very well after that!!)
Most of the fabrics are from a stash that my cousin had in her attic, or are from my Grandparents old house....
they are so beautiful !!
All mirrors or frames are OLD, therefore may have scratches, and will definitely have a distressed or worn finish. I will not
sell anything that has sharp corners or that has broken glass- I will sand and/or clear coat items.
Some items may contain LEAD paint
(so don't let the kids eat them!)
because that's what they used years ago!

I will package all items very carefully, but I can NOT replace any of these items with identical products-
they are all very unique,
made with one of a kind materials.
If you are worried about breakage,
please use your option to add insurance through
the United States Post Office.
I
will do my best to combine shipping for you... so please finish
shopping before paying for the items, so that I can send you an
invoice with the correct shipping charge.
If the items are small,
and can fit into a flat rate box,
then you're total shipping
will be $8.95.
