We purchased these drives as part of a large lot of laptop hard drives.
These were marked as non-functional or bad when we got them.
Unfortunately, we do not have a way to test these drives. We have visually inspected each drive, and everything looks okay.
However, considering that the drives were marked as non-functional, I am selling them in one lot, at a discount, AS-IS, without warranty. Please carefully read the Return Policy for details.
These are OEM drives and are not under manufacturer's warranty.

- What are your hours? Why haven't you responded to my e-mail?
- We are open on Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. We are closed on Weekends and Major Holidays. We answer our e-mails in the order in which they are received, so please be patient. Your correspondence is very important to us.
- How do we calculate our Shipping & Handling costs?
- We feel that our shipping & handling fees are some of the lowest you'll find on eBay for such a high level of service. We charge the actual shipping cost plus a small handling fee to cover packaging costs (boxes, bubble wrap, antistatic bags, etc). Your item will be packaged carefully to protect it during shipping.
- Why hasn't my package arrived? (Domestic / United States)
- As mentioned above, transit times are estimates only. At times, packages can take several weeks to arrive at their destination. Upon receipt of payment, we provide shipping information, including when the package shipped, what carrier, insurance numbers, and more. Please be patient, as we do not have control over the United States Postal Service or the United Parcel Service.
- Why hasn't my package arrived? (International)
- Above and beyond what is said above, you may have to check with your local post office. They sometimes hold items for customs and VAT taxes due. If you would like to know the status of your package, please go to your local post office with the customs information and ask where your package is.
- Can you mark the item gift (with a lower actual price, etc.) on the customs form?
- We understand that you'd like to save on customs fees and VAT taxes. Please realize, however, that falsifying customs forms is a Federal offense here in the United States. We will NOT falsify forms of this kind. We ship 50- 100 packages a day on average, and have been for 8 years. The risk to our integrity and losing our business license is too high a price to pay. Below is information from the U.S. Government dealing with fines:

(1) General. Except as provided in paragraph (b)(2) of this section, whoever knowingly violates or conspires to or attempts to violate the EAA, EAR, or any order or license issued thereunder, shall be fined not more than five times the value of the exports or reexports involved or $50,000, whichever is greater, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
(2) Willful violations.
(i) Whoever willfully violates or conspires to or attempts to violate any provision of the EAA, the EAR, or any order or license issued thereunder, with knowledge that the exports involved will be used for the benefit of, or that the destination or intended destination of items involved is, any controlled country or any country to which exports or reexports are controlled for foreign policy purposes, except in the case of an individual, shall be fined not more than five times the value of the export or reexport involved or $1,000,000, whichever is greater; and, in the case of an individual, shall be fined not more than $250,000, or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.
