Shipping Shipping is done by either the US Postal Service or by Fedex. Small packages are sent through the Post Office. Large packages or fragile packages are sent through Fedex. This is to save you, the customer, money on shipping. Packages are sent out once usually around the beginning of each week at both places. If I have received your payment by the day I ship out, then your package will be mailed that day. All packages are packed very well as my feedback will testify to. I will do my best to see that your item will arrive safely. Unfortunately, I cannot help occasional damage by the carriers. But be assure that you will receive a FULL refund including shipping AS LONG AS YOU CHOSE TO INSURE THE PACKAGE. If you did not insure the package, then I cannot help you. So I HIGHLY advise having all packages insured. It will only cost you $1.50 extra, and it could save you the entire price of your purchase. Combining Shipping I do combine shipping. You can very well halve the shipping of your second item by combining it with another. Please email me with the items in question, and I will give you a price. There is, however, a limit when combining pictures. Especially medium to large pictures. I will not put over 3 small-medium pictures in one box. I will not put over 2 large pictures in one box. I am sorry, but pictures are very fragile. Anymore than stated will multiply their chances of damage greatly.

Returns Returns should be addressed to within 7 days from the receipt of the package. If the item is damaged, please email me so that I can file a claim through the carrier. It will usually take around 10 days to submit the claim, and it be reviewed. Once this is done, the buyer will receive their refund. If the item is not as described in the listing, a refund will only be given once I have received the item back. I will not refund any money until I receive the item back. Once I receive the item back, I will give the buyer a complete refund.
