NOTE:UPS shipments require a Street Address and will not ship to PO Boxes*.

All shipping and packaging charges are determined by the shipped weight, dimensions,  handling to insure safe arrival of the item.  Your item will be very carefully packed and arrive in professional, high quality packaging materials.  Our shipping and handling fees cover these costs as well as insurance. To calculate the shipping cost, scroll to the bottom of this listing and type in your zip code in the shipping calculator.  

Shipping Insurance is Included unless otherwise stated in the auction listing.

Combined Shipping: Due to the varying size and weight of the items we list a combined shipping rule that works in every instance is not available. If you have purchased, or plan to purchase, more then one item in a 7 day period please contact us via eBay messaging, not through PayPal, prior to paying  and we will see if a combined shipping discount is feasible.

Local Pickup: All of our items can be picked up.  We charge $5 for a local pickup and Virginia State Sales Tax.  Some items are listed for local pickup only.  Local Pickup Customers are required to pay within 3 business days and pickup their item within 7 days.  We will extend this period if needed, but we must receive the request through the eBay message system.  We will then decide if we will extend the pickup period.  After 7 days the item will be relisted and we will not issue a refund.

Shipping to Canada: (If Offered) In Canada, buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Buyers will be responsible for paying these fees and duties upon receipt of your shipment. Canadian buyers may be charged additional fees once they receive the package. UPS charges significant brokerage fees which are based on an item's declared value. We are not able to calculate these, so please be sure to check with UPS prior to ordering

If you have an Unconfirmed Address, you must email us with the address you want the items shipped to. Otherwise, the package will be shipped to the address you have registered with Paypal.

Please be aware that UPS requires that shipments to Hawaii and Alaska go by 2nd day air or faster. US territories (including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) are considered international shipments by UPS.

RETURNS

All items are sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is grossly misrepresented. The majority of pictures and copy are created immediately prior to listing the item.  Stock photos are sometimes used for new or refurbished items that are already packaged. All transactions are CLOSED 72 hours upon delivery of the package or 10 days from shipment, whichever occurs first.  It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to notify us via email of any problems.  The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  When a transaction is CLOSED, no refunds will be issued.

ALL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT IS POWERED ON ONLY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE AUCTION LISTING. WE DO NOT HAVE THE IN-HOUSE CAPABILITY TO TEST EVERY FEATURE.  ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS.
