Software
and Device Requirements
Tracker Systems service plans require
a device purchased from Tracker Systems.
The software requires a PC compatible
(minimum Pentium II) computer running Windows 98 or newer.
An internet connection is also required (DSL/Cable or
faster suggested).
An information form will be sent
to buyers in order for us to configure your devices and
open service plan accounts. We will be unable to ship items
or configure accounts without this information.
Terms
and Conditions
Winning bidder is expected to make payment
arrangements for any item within 5 days of being contacted
by us via email after the close of the auction. If special
arrangements need to be made, please contact us ASAP.
We reserve the right to cancel bids for
any reason.
Payment
Information
We will ship the items as soon as your
payment clears. Checks may take up to 10 business days
to clear.
The product will be shipped as soon
as possible after your payment clears and your configuration
information is submitted (usually within 3 business
day).
Florida residents will be charged sales
tax as applicable to the shipping address.
Return
Policy
Items are sold
with a 30 day satisfaction warranty. As long as items
are returned without damage a full refund of the purchase
price (excluding shipping costs) will be made. All hardware
products come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty
as well.
Refunds will not be issued until we receive
the item from you in undamaged and resalable condition.
