All residents in the state of IL must pay sales tax.

We prefer payments by paypal. We highly recommend using this service to send your payments quickly. You can send a bank payment, credit card payment, or use funds in your paypal account. Bank payment must clear before we ship your goods.

Credit Cards
You must use paypal to send a credit card payment. We can also take your credit card information by email to complete payment. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS

Cashiers Check or Money Order
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CASHIERS CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER. You must complete payment with a paypal account or with a credit card.

Order Processing
After your payment has been made and cleared, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order. This is dependent on how many items you are purchasing and whether or not your item is in stock or backordered. Because we are extending our retail business to the internet, some items might be out of stock because it sold at our stores. You might receive a partial shipment, with backordered items sent to you at a later time. 

Shipping Information
We ship domestically and internationally with USPS. We ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
You must add $1.70 if you would like to purchase insurance. The insurance only covers for $50 and additional insurance can be purchased. Insurance is required for international shipments, and more insurance will be charged if your total is over $50. We are not responsible for loss or damage unless you purchase insurance!

BECAUSE THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL INSTANCES OF LOST PACKAGES TO CANADA BY FIRST CLASS, WE CAN ONLY SEND BY PRIORITY MAIL. BUYERS HAVE BEEN BLAMING US FOR LOSS OF PACKAGES BY THE POSTAL SERVICE. PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE INCLUDES TRACKING SERVICE ALONG WITH $50 OF INSURANCE COVERAGE.

PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL rates for other countries are as follows.  
Europe (United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, etc): $30.50.
Latin/South America: (Brazil, Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico): $32.50. 
Asia/Australia (Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, etc): $32.50

There is NO first class shipping service available for international countries other than Canada.

Combined Shipping Information
If you purchase 2 or more items at our BUY IT NOW PRICES, we combine your purchases and offer a S&H discount! This applies for both USA and International customers! First, the item with the highest S&H amount will be charged. Then additional S&H fees will be charged per item based on purchases from specific categories in our ebay store. This only applies to BUY IT NOW ITEMS with BUY IT NOW PRICES.

There is NO combined shipping and handling discount for purchasing multiple auction items. We will combine the auctions and ship together, but auction items are NOT eligible for the above S&H discount. S&H will be accumulated if you buy 2 or more auctions. If you agree to second chance offers that were from auctions, S&H will also be accumulated. Also, S&H discounts are NOT eligible when buying 1 auction item and 1 BUY IT NOW ITEM. S&H discounts are only applicable if you purchase 2 or more BUY IT NOW ITEMS!

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you must request a refund or an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery date, and we must receive the return items within 14 days of delivery date. However, you must pay for all shipping costs to send the items back to us and the items must be in its original state with all packaging intact, or your request will not be honored. Also, there is a 20% restocking fee which will be incurred for each item sent back to us. All refunds will be sent by paypal or credit card. No refunds or exchanges will be honored for auction items and wig and hair items, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make your decision to purchase these items carefully and ask questions! Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns from international customers.

Missing, Incorrect, or damaged items
If for any reason, you receive an incorrect item, or you are missing an item, you must contact us immediately by email to confirm the error. For electrical goods, you must contact us immediately to report malfunction or defect within 7 days of delivery date. We will do everything we can to resolve your issue. However, if you send back an item which is fully functioning or correctly shipped by us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for sending the item back.
