It is important to check the sizing and measurements, Australian health laws prohibit the return and exchange of used underwear. Merchandise credit can be given for all other valid reasons upon the discretion of the seller. If a return is required, the item must be UNWORN and returned in the exact condition it was purchased including tags attached (if applicable) and placed in the plastic packaging it arrived in.  A credit will be given on the purchase price only, not postage costs. All items are returned at the buyers cost.
Please note: Postage costs both ways are to be paid by the purchaser for exchange on new/unworn items.
